Our Farm and Our Cows
Storeton Hall Farm has been operating for many years, but 2021 saw the reintroduction of beef production, adding hardy Belted Galloways to the Wirral landscape.
Our Cows
A native UK breed, Belted Galloways are known for their characteristic white belt sometimes referred to as the "Oreo cow". Their unique appearance isn't their only notable trait; their ability to withstand harsh environments is second to none. Our Belted Galloways live out all year round and don’t spend the winter in a barn like other continental breeds, come rain or snow you will be able to see them out in the fields foraging for grass.

Our Process
We implement a grazing system that ensures the wildlife thrives as much as the cows do. You won’t find us trying to push the cattle to hit a finishing weight in record time, instead we allow them to mature slowly. The grassland provides a mixed and varied diet for the cows to live a natural, healthy life reflected in the flavour and quality of the beef.
