Playing Our Part

We all need to do play our part, and we're doing everything we can to play ours. All the beef we produce is raised, butchered and delivered locally to minimise the carbon footprint, providing our customers with the peace of mind that they are making a sustainable decision.

Carbon Footprint

We use our local family run butchers, who will slaughter, butcher and package all in the same location, ensuring that we are minimising the distance our beef travels. From our field to your beef box, the total distance covered is barely 5 miles.

Packaging

All our packaging is recyclable and kind to our environment.

Reducing Waste

We predominantly sell our beef as boxes, rather than individual cuts. This is to ensure there is as little waste as possible. We make sure the whole cow is used, and aim to show our customers that every bit of beef is delicious, not just the mainstream cuts.
